Anthony Vinole
Anthony transitioned into multifamily real estate in 2019 and serves as a General Partner specializing in business development, team building, and change management. Leveraging his background in truss building and construction, he brings a critical eye to physical due diligence and a strategic approach to scaling organizations. Recognized for forging strong partnerships, Anthony leads with a commitment to building a culture of education rather than sales. He focuses on empowering teams and driving systemic efficiency, supported by a robust network of trusted industry professionals.

Jerry Kong
Jerry began his real estate career in 2016, specializing in acquisitions, underwriting, and asset management. With dual degrees in Finance and Economics, Jerry brings a disciplined, data-driven approach to evaluating opportunities, structuring deals, and executing transactions. He has successfully underwritten and operated numerous deals in Southeast and West Coast markets, consistently identifying properties with strong upside potential and delivering operational excellence post acquisition.

David Buerer
David spent over two decades in product development and management at the executive level before turning his full focus to multifamily real estate, where he leads on the acquisition side: sourcing deals, evaluating opportunities, and driving them through due diligence and close. Together, Rachel and David bring a complementary and hands-on approach to every investment.

Rachel Buerer
Rachel holds a degree from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley, is a Certified Asset Manager, and brings a broad background in real estate, finance, and business management to the team. She works closely with Property Management teams to execute business plans while keeping investor interests front and center.

Lynne Nielsen
Lynne began her professional career as a registered nurse which provided purpose but didn't build wealth or financial freedom. She began her foray into real estate with several "fix and flip" single family homes. One of those projects also included subdividing a property and resulted in a 7 figure profit. From there, her experience includes a triple net commercial property, investment rentals and her first experience with multi family: a basic duplex. All these experiences fueled an interest in multifamily. Lynne became a General Partner in her first Multi Family Property this past year and specializes in bringing value through enhancing the beauty and utility of outdoor spaces.
